Medium data structure and algorithm practice puzzle.
Given a list of tokens, a chunk size, and an overlap, split the tokens into chunks that share overlap tokens with the chunk before. Each chunk starts size - overlap after the last one began. Stop once a chunk reaches the end. Overlap keeps an answer from getting cut in half between two chunks.
